I want to take a moment, to thank you for taking time to view my NSA profile. I am a NSA here in MD, and I have been one since 2003 with my company Engaging Destiny LLC in good standings. I Felix Adams (pr. Phil lix) am a licensed certified TPL, Notary Signing Agent, Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) of 18 years. As an Honorable Gulf War Veteran with a Bronze Star, I still carry the same level of service to the clients as I did to my country. I have a dual commission for MD since 2003 and DC since 2015. It brings me joy when I provide a error free closing. I am more than ready to meet your signing service needs with my ICS (Incredible Customer Service). I can even print on a fly with my mobile printer, 36'x36' folding table and two folding chairs to meet the current COVID 19 signing needs. So that I protect myself and the client's. This allow clients to feel good about me today and remember me in the future. My knowledge of the craft gives me the confidence I need to interact with with my customers. I'm registered with NNA, NSA, many title and signing companies, with a current background and up to date training. I have excellent customer service skills. As a TPL the special instructions, attention to details, knowing the critical documents, and double checking docs before leaving is very important in having a successful and complete closing. I have received many compliments from my clients that I have provided a convenient service too. I'm a full time NSA, available 24/7/365 in all-weather conditions and any time of the day. I have one HP Laser-jet All in One printer, two HP All in One Office-jets for your future and last-minute closing services. I cover ALL of MD and DC. My fees are negotiable due to individual types of closings, distance, time and weather conditions for each closing. I am mentor to many new notaries in state and out of state. Everyday I look at how I can be a better me, while Engaging my Destiny as a certified NSA.
I do cover all of MD however local closings are standard fees for the area. Beyond that I am open to suggestion/negotiations. I also cover all of DC that is negotiable DC have parking issues depending on the day, but I do know how to work around some of them.
