Hello, I am a Mobile Notary and Maryland Title Producer who completes closings in Montgomery County, Maryland. I have experience with refinance, HELOC, purchase, investment properties, and reverse mortgage closings. I have also notarized affidavits and POAs. I have been handling closings for the past five years.

I am currently available to work closings on a flexible schedule. I am an organized person and after working in the field of education, am accustomed to handling paperwork. I am reliable and when I accept a job, will be there. One of my priorities is to ensure that the documents are completed correctly so that there is no delay in the funding of the loan to the borrowers or lenders. Another priority is to facilitate a positive experience for the borrower so that the closing goes smoothly and that they feel comfortable with the process.
