Hello! My name is MatZyonna Howard, and I’ve been a commissioned Notary Public in Maryland since 2019. My notarial experience began in a legal support role at a legal service organization. I primarily handled Powers of Attorney and other essential documents for clients in a nonprofit legal services setting.

While I’ve gained valuable experience within my 9-5, I am now expanding my notary services to serve the broader community through mobile and loan signing work. I recently completed my Loan Signing Agent certification through the National Notary Association and carry E&O insurance to ensure accuracy and professionalism in every signing.

With a strong background in legal support, a detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to providing an efficient and friendly experience, I’m excited to build lasting relationships with title companies, signing services, and clients across Maryland.
