DUE TO THE Covid-19, we understand and share all the concerns of our clients, and to be safe and protected during this health crisis, we take an aggressive approach to ensure everyone's safety and prevent the risk of spreading of Covid-19 during an appointment. We bring extra PPE to each appointment, and individual pens, and provide masks if requested. We also are able to conduct the appointments outside if requested (weather permitting).

Personal Bio

Beverly Rasmussen is a highly experienced Signing Agent/Notary Public and has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years as a Realtor, loan officer, and finally as a Licensed Title Producer in the State of Maryland. Her experience in the real estate industry aids in assisting borrowers to understand the documents they are signing and how these documents relate to and affect them. Borrowers have expressed an appreciation for this information and knowledge. She has completed over 5000 signings for title companies, escrow companies, signing services, and lenders.

Beverly has experience closing all types of loans: first and second mortgages, open-ended credit lines, fixed equity HELOCS, FHA, balloon mortgages, reverse mortgages, purchases (first and second home/investment properties), construction loans, and interest-only loans. You can rest assured that Beverly has the know-how to handle your documents properly.

Beverly is a member of the National Notary Association, Bonded, E&O Insurance, and NNA Certified, PAVASO Certification with an NNA background check. References are available upon request.
