I have been doing refinance and purchase settlements for over 20 years. I have closed over 6000 loans. I am dependable and professional and pride myself on communicating with the borrower and the title company. I believe I have missed one scheduled appointment in all those years, and that was due to a family emergency. Borrowers soon feel comfortable with me and realize I know the purpose of every document. I usually give them a brief description of everything they are signing. This helps them relax and usually results in a smooth closing. If there is a problem I call the lender or title and we can usually work things out. If I make a mistake, I will fix the problem at my expense.
