I am available to conduct signings in Baltimore, Carroll, and Howard counties as well as the City of Baltimore. I conduct myself with integrity and am efficient. I will maintain the confidentiality of any clients assigned and documents received. I work full-time with the Federal government and hold a Top-Secret clearance; therefor, I understand protecting the PII of documents received and the clients I will work with. I have experience in conducting loan modifications, refinance, seller’s, and purchaser closings, HELOCs, and hybrid signings. I am RON approved for the State of Maryland.
