I also specialize in document signings for Mortgage Closings / Settlements for 6 of those 8 years. I've averaged 40+ signings monthly during my signing tenure. I've also been sent specifically to execute Deed Signings as well as Power-Of-Attorney documentation, etc.
I also Currently work as a Mortgage Banker with over 20 years of experience. I've held positions as a Senior Mortgage Consultant, as well as several Branch Manager positions. I'm now Sales Manager for Security National Mortgage Company. Security National is a nationwide company with 102 offices across 44 states. I'm qualified to implement every possible type of mortgage loan product, which enables me to master every possible document type requiring signatures.
