I am a Notary Public for the State of Maryland. In the summer/fall of 2021 I became a licensed TIPIC under the Maryland Insurance Administration. I obtained my Notary Signing Agent training and certification from the National Notary Association (NNA). Additionally, I am also a trained and certified alumnus of Mark Wills's Loan Signing System Loan Signing Agent training program. As a result of both the NNA and the Loan Signing System signing agent training programs, I am thoroughly familiar with the 5 major signings: Purchase, Refinance, Home Equity Line of Credit, Reverse Mortgage, and Seller packages (along with other forms that may be included within said packages i.e. PCORs, 4506-T, W-9, Patriot Act, etc.) and am knowledgeable about the State of Maryland's nuances in regards to these signings. I know how to guide a borrower through each of these signings, showing them where they can find the information they are looking for in the signing paperwork, as well as providing them with the contact information they need if they have more questions for their Mortgage Officer, Lender, or Real Estate Agent. I understand the value of getting documents properly signed and submitted (or scanned back) in time so that funds can disburse and closings can end.
