Extensive hands-on training has provided Carla the knowledge of various loan documents, notarial certificates, and the process for flawless execution and timely delivery of documents.

• Will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late
• Will not print documents double-sided
• Will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents
• Will scanback as requested
• Will drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4p.m.
• Will not rush or pressure the signers
• Will not provide any legal advice
• Will notarize at the signing
• Will re-check documents for completion of signatures, dates and notarizations before leaving client.
