• Accept loan-signing assignments via text message, phone, or email. I am available to provide Real Estate loan closings at a time and place convenient for the loan signers.

• Ensure legal documents are authentic, verify the identity of the person(s) signing the document, serve as a witness for the document(s) being signed, collaborate with the buyer and seller, and notarize signatures where required. I respect everyone's culture, so if asked to remove shoes before entering home, I will do so. Accurately execute mortgage loan documents such as HELOCs, Refinance Loans, Reverse Mortgages, First Mortgages, New Purchase Loans, Cash Sells, Loan Modifications, Seller and Buyer loan documents. I do not print documents double sided. Always print documents on proper sized paper as instructed, and provide a copy for signers. I never email copies of documents to the signers.

• Follow all Notary Signing Agent Instructions as directed. Ensure all lender requirements are met by conducting quality checks on loan documentation before submitting, and return documents to lender in a timely manner. Perform and expedite Scan backs as requested. If I have any questions, I will call appropriate contact person.
