I understand October 3, 2015, closed end consumer credit transactions will be subject to TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure TRID rules and forms. I am familiar with the new Loan Estimated and Closings Disclosure documents effective 10/3/2015. I am licensed in the State of Maryland as a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) through Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA). I have working knowledge of loan modifications, D.C. property refinance, REO, VA loans, HELOC's, and new construction loans. I serve Charles County, Southern Prince Georges County, St. Mary's County and Calvert County. My hours of service are 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. On Saturdays & Sunday I am available 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. I stay up to date with new laws that affect both my state and my job as a notary. I enjoy meeting new people and explaining their loan documents to the borrower's. I am accountable and reliable as a certified notary agent.
