I am a licensed and commissioned Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC), in the State of Maryland. I am certified with the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS). I offer services throughout Southern Maryland and surrounding areas servicing clients at specified or neutral locations.

I take my time during every appointment to verify essential documents are completed properly and thoroughly two or three times. This will reduce fixing mistakes after the signing and ensure that the borrower’s loan is processed in a timely manner. Should an error occur, I will immediately stop what I am doing and make the necessary corrections.

Documents will be scanned and/or mailed to you promptly once the signing is complete. I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
