I am an attorney for fifteen years and a notary for 4 years. I became a real estate attorney 4 years ago and have conducted over 15,000 closings. I am familiar with at least 100 different banks' closing packages. I currently work for 5 different title companies but I'm looking to add more volume to my schedule.
I cover the following areas in Massachusetts: Suffolk, Norfolk, Middlesex, Worcester, Essex, Plymouth counties. This is basically the entire Eastern half of the state.

As a real estate attorney I specialize in any closings and documents relating to the conveyancing of property. I'm experienced at recognizing document and title issues, from my experience as a real estate attorney.

I am also an elected board member of my condominium association, and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
