I am a notary and have 1 year of experience. I am a past real estate legal assistant as well. I go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I always check documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. When mistakes happen, which is not often, I will always stop and fix the problem.. Documents will be returned quickly and on time as soon as the signing is complete and communciate with the signing company the whole time.
