I am a notary with 10+ years of experience doing loan signings and 20+ years of experience in various Real Estate related fields including title searches/recordings and sales/rentals of real estate. I am currently a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and work for NextGen Realty in Boston doing Real Estate Rentals and Sales. I have completed over 2000 loan signings and travel daily in all of eastern Massachusetts for my Real Estate work. I am willing to take loan signings anywhere in Massachusetts however my fee commensurates with distance from my home office in Natick, MA. I most frequently travel for my real estate work in Suffolk, Middlesex and Norfolk counties but also travel to Essex, Plymouth and Worcester counties as well.
