I'm excited to be a certified NNA Signing Agent. I've been a notary since 2008. I conduct real estate closings for personal and investment properties and constructions loans. These are the type of closings that I have done: disclosures or application, purchase both the buyer side and seller side, refinance, HELOCS, loan modifications, deed in lieu and affidavits. In addition, I've done annuity, automotive and debt resolution/settlement signings, serve subpeonas, bank inspections and I9s. I'm certified as a Pavaso mobile notary.
