*Signings greater than 25 miles from my service area require a minimum 6 hours advance notice and additional fee and or expense.

*Weekend availability with advance notice and additional fee and or expense only for established productive relationships.

*If I've made myself available for several offers with your service and not received the assignment, I reserve the option to suspend or terminate availability or charge additional fee and or expense on sporadic/inconsistent work for unproductive relationships.
