I come with over 20 years of competent, confidential, and professional executive assistance experience, 10 years serving a Fortune 500 company, and 10 years serving one of the 10 largest private foundations in the US. During my tenure with the Fortune 500 company, I served the Mergers & Acquisitions division (a part of that organization’s legal team) in a paralegal capacity. During my tenure at the foundation, I served their investments department, responsible for preparing agreements and subscriptions, including signature blocks, and then moved to the foundation’s governance and compliance division, supporting contract analysis.
