I go over each and every document to ensure signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

Documents Will Get Back As Soon As Possible:
The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx Drop/UPS off times and know the times and locations of the ones further out before the signing takes place).
