I have been a notary public in the state of MI for 30+ years. Most of my working career has been in the mortgage industry. I have been self employed for 24 years as a bookkeeper/tax preparer/notary/signing agent and for 10 years of my self employment I was a mortgage loan originator. Prior to my self employment I worked for USDA,FMHA (now RD) processing mortgage loans, farm operating and ownership loans from application to closing table. Working with Title Companies, Attorney's, Lenders, Real Estate Agents etc.
