My priority is to make my client (you) look good. If you are perceived to be creditable and reliable you will get more business. If you get more business because of my efforts, hopefully you will give me more business.
I always make sure the signers know what they are signing by guiding them through the documents, especially the CD, note, mortgage, deed of trust, payment letter and Notice of right to cancel, among others. I do not miss dates, initials, signatures, or Notarial Stamps.
All forms in the package will be completely filled out and returned immediately after the signing (if during normal business hours) or the first thing the next morning.
I have a dual tray laser printer, scanner, and a smart phone. I will make myself available whenever you need me (early morning, late night, or weekends) My smart phone is on twenty-four hours a day.
