I am a Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public servicing Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas. I can execute documents such as Heloc's, Reverse Mortgages, Sellers Package, Refi's, Quit Claim Deeds, Deed of Trust and Buyers Packages. All documents will be completely filled out including the PCOR/Property Transfer Affidavit, Statement of Information, Disbursement of Proceeds and Trust Certification. I understanding the urgency to scan back documents and have them mailed back in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines and not miss rate locks. I also understand that my job is to be impartial but not uneducated. By having the knowledge needed to guide the signers through the documents, I will help the borrowers signing process go a lot smoother and reduce unnecessary phone calls to the lender, title or escrow. However, if there is a question that the borrowers have that I don't have the answer to, I know who to contact.
