Hi. My name is Ginger Bradfield and I am a member of the National Notary Association (NNA), and a Loan Signing System Certified Signing Agent. I have experience in the field from working under experienced mortgage professionals. I have worked closely with professionals in conducting structured settlements, first and second mortgages, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and Coventional/FHA/VA purchase or refinance transactions. I am very excited to branch off on my own with the experience that I have from working closely with others in the field as well as working independently in completing closings for all of the above mentioned. I have over a year of experience of being independent in the field thus far. I accept efax, electronic, or overnight documents.
