I am an NNA-certified and background-screened Notary Signing Agent with 10 years of experience as a commissioned Notary Public. For more than 5 years, I have owned and operated my own signing business, ESPE Services, and have successfully completed hundreds of loan signings.

I also bring more than 15 years of experience in consumer lending and financial services, including underwriting, compliance, and quality control roles with banks and financial institutions. My experience working directly with title companies has given me a strong understanding of loan documentation, accuracy requirements, and the importance of providing borrowers and title partners with a professional, reliable, and seamless signing experience.
