I'm experienced in mortgage loans (all types) including new purchases, "high end" and REO purchases, refinances, HELOCS, Reverse and VA loans. As a former Paralegal, I'm experienced with the proper execution and notarization of the signatures on most legal documents. I will administer an oath or affirmation, witness a signing and oversee the signing and notarization of most legal documents including but not limited to powers of attorney, affidavits, auto titles, Divorce/Dissolution papers, Quit Claim Deeds and numerous others.
