Although I am newly commissioned with less than 1 year experience, I have over 25 years of customer service and administrative experience.

I am bonded, insured and have been trained by THE BEST. I have invested in several training courses in order to prepare myself to be a highly trained and effective Loan Signing Agent, ensuring these training programs provided hands-on experience. I have not only completed real time loan signings, I have also utilized the skills I have attained and held mock signings in order to prepare for various scenarios.

I am familiar with packaging loans and the various documents found in the various loan package types. This allows me to walk the borrow through them in order to achieve a smooth signing. While ensuring that the title/escrow company has everything that is required and are confident they will receive a loan package that is conducted and prepared properly without error.

I am currently certified through NNA, Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System.
