After retirement, I have become a Certified Loan Signing Agent to include receiving certification as an Essential Notary.
As a new LSA, I have learned the importance of making sure all documents are complete, how to explain loan documents, making certain all pages are signed, dated, and completing the notice of right to cancel form to name a few.
