I'm fully capable of explaining each document and do so as my standard of practice. I cover Isabella, Midland, Gratiot, Clare, Osceola, Mecosta and Montcalm counties. I will cover Bay, Gladwin, Saginaw, Roscommon and other counties in an ASAP situation for an additional fee. I prefer not to do fax backs / scan backs or accept offers that require them because this is very rural area. I'm usually a fair distance from the assignment location and time is a factor.
