I go over every document to be sure the dates, signatures, and initials are properly filled out and completed. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will get it fixed ASAP. Upon completion of the signing, the documents will be returned promptly and I will keep you updated and informed throughout the process. I keep informed of local FedEx and UPS drop-off times and locations.
