I’m naturally very thorough with a knack for quality control which leads to a methodical and systematic approach to every single loan signing. On the rare occasion that an error is made, I’m fully committed to rectifying the error ASAP (meaning within the next hour or two, not by the end of day). I tend to overcommunicate with clients, keeping them updated every step of the way. You can expect documents to be returned promptly after each signing. If the time of the signing is too close to the nearest FedEx Office cut-off time, I will always escalate to the client.
