I always make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by giving them a brief overview of documents. I go over all forms to ensure that all documents come back completely filled out and are signed. I also triple check key documents like Notice of Right to Cancel I work to make sure that I haven't missed anything. If I seldomly make a mistake, I will stop whatever I am doing to get it fixed for you ASAP. Documents will be return promptly as soon as the signing is complete and gone over throughly.
