I have a background in real estate and have worked with various lenders, title companies, and escrow companies throughout my career. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, which are all essential qualities for this role.

I completed several rigorous training programs and obtained certification in loan document preparation and notary public requirements through the NNA, Notary2Pro and LSS. This has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the loan signing process and legal terminology.

I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. Communication is of utmost importance during the process, and the documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete by never missing drop-offs or scan-backs.
