I guide borrowers through the loan closing process to ensure dates, signatures, and initials are not missed and are properly executed on all documents. If the closing is completed during business hours I will drop documents off at the nearest FED-EX and UPS locations.. Scan backs are completed upon request. Documents will also be deleted and destroyed once closing is complete.
