I am current on all my docs and have done over 1000 signings in Wyoming and Montana. I have been a notary for 9 years and am certified with Old Republic, Mortgage Connect, Wells Fargo as well as Chase, City Banks an Bank of America.I have done property settlements as well as piggy backs, Reverse Mortgages, loan settlements,seller sides and well as buyer sides , I have notarized in hospital settings. Parks as well as outdoor front porch settings coffee shops, restaurants . I have traveled the mountains of Montana to get to homes that are totally off the grid 4 wheel drive is very important in this line of work. I have done signings where the only place to do them was on a small in table during Christmas. If I make mistakes i am more then willing to face up to them and return to get the mistake corrected. Because I don't like to go back I will go over the docs at least once completely and when you do that its amazing how many things you can find you missed. I am more then willing to travel if the compensation is right. I do prefer to stay within a day trip. I am also a dog breeder as a hobby. I love being a notary and enjoy meeting folks of all walks of life. When I leave a signing I feel I have just made a new friend.
