I'm a new notary that is NNA, Notary 2 Notary, and Loan Signing System certified. My E&O Insurance covers up to 1M dollars and I have 10+ years in finance customer service. My coverage area reaches 30+ miles beyond Canton MS. I am willing to complete signings in all of the following counties: Madison, Hinds, Rankin, Yazoo, Leake, and Attala. I have travelled farther for an additional fee. I have experience with the following signings: refinance, va refinance, Heloc, sellers packages, purchases, and loan modifications but I am willing to complete any assignment if given the opportunity. I not only do efficient work, but I am also obligated to correct any and all mistakes to make sure each closing is completed in a timely manner.
