I am a Certified Mobile Notary Public and commissioned by the State of Mississippi for In Person Electronic Notary (IPEN). Remote Online Notarization (RON) has been suspended until further notice.

I have 12 years' experience with notarizations in the State of California. I am Certified/Licensed Loan Signing Agent. I have a new HP Color Laser Jet Printer All-In-One with capacity of Letter size and Legal-size paper.

I am a member of the American Association of Notaries & National Notary Association (both in Good Standing). I am insured through Western Surety Company for a Notary Bond and Errors and Omissions (5,000 & 25,000).

I have business accounts with UPS and Fed Ex for receiving and returning paperwork back (pick and delivery depends on time of signing day of the week for either company). I work Southaven, Hernando, Coldwater, Senatobia, Independence, Como, and Nesbit (depending on the distance to other cities there may be an extra charge for travel time and mileage).

I offer after hours signings and notarizations (before 0800 and after 1700). I am mobile so with arrangements made I can come to your home or hospital, skilled nursing facility and hospice. I am available 6 days a week; Sunday is available between 1pm and 4pm (please make arrangements in advance for Sunday notarizations, thank you). VETERAN NOTARIZATIONS ARE FREE (Loan Signing get a discount), must bring DD-214, Active Military ID, Active Retired Military ID). WE LOVE OUR VETERANS AND PRESENTLY SERVING SERVICE MEN & WOMEN!

I am a Licensed Christian Wedding Officiant; I notarize all wedding licenses and I will file of wedding licensed with the cities/counties I surround. Outside that work area, there is a nominal fee.

I will soon offer for a nominal fee, finger printing for children and at-risk adolescence and at-risk adults. This is done for the community service and willing to extend it to neighboring churches in my area.

Here are some tips to help you and your customer for a flawless notarization:
1) Bring a valid driver license, passport, other government ID (active retired veteran ID, current Military ID). Any valid ID must have a picture and a signature and must be on the valid list.
2) If client is unable to sign the document, he or she need to bring two witnesses that have and must present valid ID (please see above).
3) Funds owed at signing must be ready to be given to the notary (must be in the form that the Real Estate Company/Escrow Office/Other has specified, and client has agreed.
4) Whether coming to sending client to my work or me meeting your client at their home/other location; please be on time and ready with all documents requested by the client is doing business with.
5) If client has the documents to notarize; they must be complete (no pages missing or damage as to not be able to see full content).
6) If there are issues at the signing, I will call my contact and upon what I am instructed to do, I will comply. Please stress this to your client as this will not be a surprise when there is a problem that I, client or company can't resolve right then.
