I have been a notary in Hinds County since 2003; residing in Clinton, MS since 2001. My business, AUGUST MAGNOLIA, PLLC is a Notary Signing Agency located in Flowood, MS. I am a Notary Signing Agent, certified and background screened through the National Notary Association since 2015.

I understand that some homeowners are uncomfortable with strangers coming to their home. I also have an office available for signings. I am located at 625 Lakeland East Drive, Suite D, Flowood, MS 39232. I proudly serve the entire state of Mississippi.

It would be beneficial to all parties involved if I could receive the documents within 5 hours of the appointment for signings that are more than 1 hour away from my location. This would give me time to properly review and print out two copies (if needed) of the documents. Also, if any changes are needed, it can be promptly addressed to have a smooth signing.

In the event of a check payment to be returned for NSF, I will add a $50 fee ($30 that the bank charges and $20 for my inconvenience) to the amount that was returned. You will have 3 business days from the date that I notify you to pay the balance in full by money order. There will be a $25 late fee added per month after the due date. Also, I will not accept any payments in the form of a check after the FIRST TIME a check is returned.
