I am a mobile NNA Certified and Background-Screened Signing Agent. I have been a notary since May of 2008. I now handle IPEN SIGNINGS since October 8, 2022. My Electronic Notary Commission expires 10/7/2024. My current Background Screening was renewed on June 15, 2022 and will expire July 2023. My Notary Commission was renewed in October 2020 and will expire October 7, 2024. I have been handling signings, full-time, 24/7 since May of 2013. I travel routinely 60 – 65 miles one way and will travel up to 120 miles one way. I have experience in refinances of all types to include FHA, Conventional, PennyMac and VA. I also have experience with asset purchases, CashReo, Debt Resolution/Settlement, Deed Signings, HELOC, Loan Modifications, Purchases for buyers and sellers, separately and together as well and Reverse Mortgages to include the application and final signing. I am available upon short notice, am punctual, polite and professional. I travel to Amite, Clarke, Copiah, Covington, Forrest, George, Greene, Hancock, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Simpson, Smith, Stone, Walthall and Wayne counties. I handle ALL cities within these counties and any other counties/cites in the State of Mississippi as needed.
