Processed loan documents, including but not limited to: Purchase agreements, deeds of trust, promissory notes, etc., for real estate transactions; prepared required notices and disclosures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; reviewed mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy; coordinated closing activities between the borrower(s), lender(s) and other parties involved in a transaction as needed; conducted title searches on behalf of borrowers or lenders when requested by customers; prepared various reports related to loans processed such as monthly statements, loss mitigation letters, payoff quotes, etc.; assisted customers with account inquiries regarding their accounts (e.g., payment history); accepted payments from customers at branch locations using cash processing equipment or through ACH electronic funds transfer; collected delinquent accounts through phone calls or personal contact with the customer if necessary; prepared correspondence to customers regarding delinquencies or requests for information about an account; provided general customer service support within branches during normal business hours.
