I religiously check every document ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

I know all my FedEx pickup times ensuring your documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I also keep you informed during the whole signing process.

My prices are as followed;

$90-$100 on EVERY type of signing
• $50- HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)/ 2nd mortgages
• $75- Seller packages
• $50-Loan applications
