I am certified in Loan closings, a certified Paralegal, and I am commissioned in the state of Missouri as well as the state of Illinois and can perform signings in both states (fee varies by location)

I have taken the time to familiarize myself with the multiple types of services and documents I am able to legally acknowledge and authorize.
I have experience with loan signings of a wide variety. Refinances, equity, reverse mortgage, buyer only seller, hybrid signings, debt consolidation, cash sale or buy. My legal experience is a very diverse as well, with experience in affidavits, wills and trusts, power of attorney, advanced directive, living wills, deeds, dissolution of marriage, modification of child support and/or custody, petitions, motions, pleadings, and SO MUCH MORE! I have reliable transportation and I am willing and available for travel in order to accomplish the task at hand.

I am incredibly organized, a definite people person, and readily available to help with whatever you and your company or client may need. I am able and willing to print any and all documentation requested or needed, have a dual tray printer for legal and letter sized prints, (as well as a backup printer, just in case) and have a full home office set up for scan backs, document preparation, copies, faxes, record keeping, and thorough organization of files to assure these assignments run as smooth as possible.
