I am an insured professional and have worked as a closing agent at a local title company for four years and hold a valid Title Producer's license. I have also worked for Real Estate Agents as a Listing and Closing Coordinator. I was a loan processor for a local mortgage company and am very familiar with all the loan documents and Fannie and Freddie guidelines. I have closed conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, reverse mortgage loans and Esign loans. I have a lap top computer that enables me to do e-sign loans.
