I will ensure your borrower has a great signing experience.  I thoroughly go over each document  to ensure that signatures, dates and initials are complete.  I also verify that key documents  are filled out correctly,  such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003.  As soon as the signing is complete, I will promptly return documents; I know all my local FedEx drop off times.  If a mistake is made I will fix it for you as soon as possible.  I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.  You can be confident in my ability to perform a quality signing and I look forward to working with you.
