Hello! I'm Rosalyn (Roz) Smith and I am a mobile & online Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent. I operate out of St. Louis, Missouri. My mission is to provide exceptional customer service to all of my clients while delivering accurate and properly executed documents.

I was first commissioned as a Notary Public in 1998 and served as an in-house Notary for a major corporation for six years. In November 2021, I started a Notary business and renewed my Notary Public commission. I am a certified, trained, and background screened by the National Notary Association, and I specialize in notarizing Real Estate and Estate Planning documents such as Power of Attorney, Wills, and Trusts. In addition, I offer remote online notary services on BlueNotary, IPEN enabled with EscrowTab, apostille processing, and courier services.
