I am a notary public licensed to sign for the state's of Kansas and Missouri. I have worked as a title producer/agent since 2014, working the beginning of title abstract/researching, to title clearance all the way to finalizing real estate closings/ disbursements and recordation.
I have worked on over 4k real estate closing transactions in addition to overseeing funding department, while also monitoring our non-core and escrow transactions. As a licensed title producer in both states as well performing both refinance and purchase transactions with various lenders and nationwide title offices, I now enjoy working as NSA traveling and using my bilingual skills to help my clients offer more to their customers.
