Hello! My name is Katlin Tindall, a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified and Background-Screened Loan Signing Agent commissioned in Missouri. While I am newer to the signing industry, I bring a strong background in customer service, strict confidentiality, and punctuality. I handle general notarizations—including affidavits, powers of attorney, and trusts—as well as mobile closings during week days/evnings and weekends. I pride myself on clear communication, prompt phone/text responses, and getting the job done right the first time. I am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer and mobile scanner, I offer same-day and after-hours mobile service across Jackson County.
