Collaborate with title(Escrow) and mortgage companies as well as third party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases and sales of real property (also known as closings). Interact with clientele from diverse sociocultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. Explain the purpose of each document being signed and answer any pertinent questions.

Duties include making sure legal documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures.
