I have been an experienced mobile closer for 3 years and have worked with different title companies, Escrow, attorney offices, medical facilities, and the public. I have one direct Title Office that works with me has one of their preferred notaries. I have over 20 years of customer service experience. Has an experienced mobile closer, I pay close attention to detailed instruction, I know what I’m doing, and I'm accountable. I make sure I confirm appointments with all clients and communicate that a confirmation has been made through signing platforms or Title offices. I make sure I identify all signers first with government IDs and get copies made for the Title office. I go over the documents with the client and make sure documents are signed in blue ink for Title office that request it. I triple check on all signatures, dates, and make sure my notarial section is completed properly and stamped. I know how important each transaction is when it comes to meeting closing deadlines, making sure voided or wired checks are collected when funds need to be collected, documents are scanned right after closing, and drop off documents in a timely manner. With my dual tray printer, I make sure documents are printed in the paper size requested, copy one for the borrower and one for the Title office. I carry with me a mobile scanner and a laptop and use my mobile device just in case I need to reach out to the Title office on behalf of the client if questions arise. I also now have a remote online notary platform for notarizations online. I'm an extension of each company I work with and represent each company incredibly!

Availability: Mon - Friday between 8am to 8pm. Saturdays 8-5pm. I now offer Remote Online Notarization. All documents
