Managing and Supporting the Line of Business by implementing change, partnering and supporting the entire Wholesale Channel. Work in partnership with other management team members to ascertain and carry out needs of technical nature and precedence of the business. Working with the Wholesale Channel to ensure routines are implemented by following the company’s guidelines, policy, and procedures. Partner with sales and key functional groups to identify opportunities for improvement. Create strategies within the Wholesale Channel to further enhance the technology, process and platforms. Review and coordinate capacity planning process, initiative prioritization, expense management and forecasting. Coordinate across departments to ensure strategies, projects and tech stacks are deployed appropriately Establish project milestones and timelines Drive performance and completion. Assess process and procedures across the line of business. Identify ways to improve productivity, process optimization and efficiencies Development of new processes and/or pilots Create execution plan including communication and training Focus on and recognize our customer/client needs quickly and effectively. Build and sustain short and long-term relationships based on mutual trust.
