I'm a Dual-Commissioned Notary Public (and RON!) in both Missouri and Kansas. I'm also a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. I've been working locally with a signing service in my area, Sybil Mobile Notary, and getting exposure to lots of different types of notarizations, under the guidance of Ms. Sybil Ivey. My extreme attention to detail and my Type A personality has been instrumental in getting up-to-speed on all types of different notary signings.

For general notary work, I've personally notarized Court Documents, Interrogatories, Divorce Papers, Affidavits and Acknowledgements. I've done a lot of Estate Planning work, including notarizing POA's, Wills, HIPPA Authorizations, and Advanced Health Directives. As far as Real Estate transactions, I have notarized Lien Waivers, Seller's Packets, Refi's, many many many Loan Modifications. I've also acted in the capacity of witness.

I've worked with many of the larger companies including FASS, Mr. Cooper, and Rocket/Quicken Mortgage. I'm also working several signing services including signingorder.com, Signature Closers and SnapDocs. I've signed up for additional training through Notary Stars to further sharpen my skills.

I have worked comfortably in many environments including in homes and at offices, as well as in hospitals and nursing homes. I take extra care with those who are hospitalized and in nursing homes, as well-meaning, caring families are often present as well.

I work mostly in the Kansas City Missouri Metro/Overland Park Kansas area. I do a lot of work in outlying areas as well, including Ottawa, Olathe, Leavenworth and Louisburg areas in Kansas, and the area North of Kansas City including, Liberty, Smithville, Gladstone, Lawson, Lathrop and Excelsior Springs, all in Missouri.
